A setup fee (where applicable) and the first billing period are collected when you subscribe; the trial delays only the first renewal. Full details are shown at signup before you pay anything.

You can cancel at any time. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data is retained afterwards so you can come back or export it. Nothing is deleted the moment you cancel.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing for the time left in your cycle; downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. Change or cancel from billing any time.

Monthly billing charges every month; yearly billing charges once a year at a lower effective rate. Prices are shown in USD and the exact totals are always confirmed before you pay.

Yes — if you have a coupon code, enter it during signup and the discount is applied to your subscription automatically.

Card details are processed by our payment provider. MCRM never stores full card numbers — only the secure references needed to bill your subscription.
