How we handle your data

All traffic runs over TLS, and stored data is encrypted at rest. Sensitive credentials such as integration tokens are never exposed in the app.

Your records are used only to run your workspace: contacts, campaigns, briefings, reminders, and support. We do not sell personal information, and CSV export is available any time.

Role-based access (admin, user, viewer) keeps every workspace member at the right permission level. Sessions are authenticated on every request; passwords are never stored in readable form.

Continuously backed-up cloud hosting means your client list survives a lost phone, a dead laptop, or a flooded office. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Email, SMS, and lead sources connect with your explicit authorization and can be disconnected any time. Disconnecting ends access immediately.
